Our classes are structured into monthly blocks, focusing on continued improvement throughout the duration. Consistency plays a vital role in progress which is why we maintain consistent structure for our blocks, this enables us to help facilitate progress in technique and strength. Injury prevention is a priority of ours at VP, before introducing weight, we like to master our movements patterns. Prioritising form and technique is key to long term progress and staying injury free. Our ultimate goal is to ensure what you do within the walls of VP translates into a better quality of life outside of our facility.

VP Fit started as an idea by two mates looking to do more within the fitness group training space. Matty Virgo and Robert Petkov created VP Fit with the mission to create an environment that encourages and supports progression. We are big on building relationships, and we see this as an integral part in helping you stay the course of your journey. being a boutique gym, we have the advantage to be able to offer more flexibility and personalization to tailor to individual needs

We want our members moving well and feeling equipped to handle the rigors of day to day life and our purposeful training structure will help achieve this. We combine a strength approach with a mix of conditioning to make sure you always get the most from each session. We look forward to building a community with you.

The cardio warriors will be up and about for these sessions. These sessions look to build your resilience and your engine.

VP BALANCE

We look to top up on anything we missed during the week to give the body overall balance and functionality. More focused on upper/lower body isolation work.

VP MOVE

Combining resistance and conditioning work, these sessions will have the body moving in all planes of motion.

Combining resistance and conditioning work, these sessions will have the body moving in all planes of motion. We hit key movement patterns and allow the body to move through full body conditioning movements to complete a well rounded workout.

We build the foundation for you to become a better version of yourself. Strength training helps to bulletproof the body,  promote lean muscle mass, and is a great confidence booster, especially when hitting those PB’s.  A lock in session in our opinion.

The cardio warriors will be up and about for these sessions. These sessions look to build your resilience and your engine. Workouts for time, partnered or in teams, these sessions are fast paced but will have the endorphins raging on your way out the door.

More focused on isolation work to complement the weeks Move and Strength classes, everyone can enjoy more focused upper and lower body isolation movements that are sure to keep the people happy.
